摘要: 随着国民经济的不断发展，化工企业的规模也日渐增大，尤其是针对危险化学品安全管理方面，企业管理人员应要求相关人员采用多种方式对化工危险品进行综合管理，优化并提升企业安全管理水平。介绍了化工企业对危化品安全生产管理面临的困境和主要问题，分析了化工企业对危化品安全管理的具体解决措施，以期为同行提供一定的参考。

Abstract:  The scale of chemical enterprises is increasing along with the continuous development of the national economy. Enterprise managers should require the safety management personnel of hazardous chemicals to manage chemical hazards through varied approaches in a comprehensive manner, so as to optimize and enhance the level of enterprise safety management. The paper introduces the dilemmas and main problems faced by chemical enterprises on the safe production management of hazardous chemicals, and analyzes the specific countermeasures of chemical enterprises on the safe management of hazardous chemicals, hoping to provide certain references for other peers.
