摘要:

针对气化炉出口结焦堵塞导致的温度失真、废锅槽堵塞频繁、循环洗涤水泵入口管线及叶轮堵塞等问题，采取了改造气化炉构件的措施，解决了气化炉出口结焦及集水槽堵塞频繁这一瓶颈，气化炉实现满负荷、稳定运行，在线运行的18台气化炉满足了稳定运行的生产目标。

Abstract:

Aiming at such problems as temperature distortion caused by coking &.clogging at gasifier outlet,frequent clogging of waste heat boiler  tank,and clogging of inlet pipeline and impeller of circulating washing pumps,measures have been taken to transform gasifier components to solve the bottleneck of frequent outlet coking &.collecting tank clogging,resulting in full-load stable operation of gasifiers.The 18 gasifiers oper-  ating online meet the production target of stable operation.
