摘要:

针对锂盐封闭铝阳极氧化膜在工业化生产应用中，容易出现封闭表面起粉、贴复合膜粘胶、封闭电解着色料出现“变色”、封闭质量检测失重值难达标等几大问题，通过一系列对比试验与论证试验，结合生产实践与经验，提出了解决问题的一些措施。

Abstract:

In the industrial production and application of aluminum anodic oxide film sealed by lithium salt,the following problems are liable to occur:powder generation on the sealed surface,pasting composite film adhesive,"discoloration"of sealed electrolytic coloring material,and failure to meet the standard on weight loss in sealed mass detection.Through a series of comparative and demonstration tests,and combing production practice and experience,some countermeasures are put forward to solve the above problems.
