摘要:

五环炉湿洗塔塔盘结垢是制约五环炉气化装置长周期运行的瓶颈问题，分析了湿洗塔塔盘结垢的原因，通过对湿洗塔塔盘进行改造和操作工艺优化，基本解决了湿洗塔塔盘结垢的问题，实现了五环炉装置的长周期运行。

Abstract:

Tray scaling of wet washing tower in Wuhuan Gasifier is the bottleneck that restricts the long cycle operation of the whole gasification unit.In this paper,the reasons for scale formation of wet washing tower tray are analyzed.By transforming the wet washing tower tray and opti- mizing the operation process,this scaling problem is basically solved,realizing the long cycle operation of Wuhuan gasifier plants.
