根据一氧化碳变换工序的介质和操作特点，分析了煤气预热器设计时需考虑的主要失效模式，同时结合实际工程案例，对煤气预热器的腐蚀机理和防腐措施进行了进一步分析和探讨，提出了建议措施。

Abstract:

In view of the media and operation characteristics of CO shift process,the main failure modes in need of consideration in the design of gas preheaters have been analyzed.Meanwhile,through practical engineering cases,the corrosion mechanism of gas preheaters and countermeasures have been further analyzed and discussed,and coresponding suggestions have been put forward.
