以呼伦贝尔2860t/d尿素装置4Bar吸收系统尾气为例,综合分析尾气特点及现有回收利用技术,提出控制尾气燃爆性的创新技术方法,并成功回收运用于工程实践,为同类型大型尿素装置回收利用含氧尾气以及尿素排放尾气VOCs的治理提供解决思路。

Abstract:
Taking the tail gas of 4 Bar absorption system of Hulunbuir 2860 t/aUrea Plant as an example,the characteristics of tail gas and the existing recycling technologies have been comprehensively analyzed,and innovative technical methods for controlling the flammable &.explosive properties of tail gas have been proposed,which have been successfully recycled and applied to engineering practice,providing solutions for the recycling of oxygen-containing tail gas of the same type of large urea plants and for treatment of VOCs in tail gas from urea plants.
