Abstract:
An enterprise in Yunnan introduced a number of cantilever doubl-chain crushers from abroad forits MCP(fed grade calCium dibvdro gen phosphate)production ine After a period of use,it was found that the crushers generaly faced such phenomena as drum swing,main shaf stufing box eakage andserious wear of the chain and the lining rubber plate ,etc. . cading to requent maintenance and reuction of the crusier running rate. Durngequipment se ection for the second phase system, the manuiacturer clearly requres technological improvement of the double chain crusher structure.The improved center-straddling-type doubl-chain crusher has seen great improvement in running stability,dust protecton ,service lfe,maintenance convenince. comprenensive cost and so on.The practica exnerience of this user can be of some rererence for the other phosphorus chemical enterprises in choosing the same type of double-chain crushers.
