作为一种重要的化工原料,乙炔应用十分广泛,尤其是近年随着１,４丁二醇产品价格持续走高,作为其生产原料,乙炔的安全运行引起重视.针对高压乙炔的特性,对其安全输送选用填充管的原理及填充管的设计、制造及检验进行探讨,结合工程设计及建设中的经验,对行业生产起到借鉴作用.

Abstract:

Acetylene is widely used as an important chemical raw material, Especially in recent years,with the prices of 1,4 butanediol products continuing to rise,the safe operation of acetylene as their raw material has atracted increasing attention. ln light of the characteristics of high pressure acetyiene,the princile ot se cting flling tube for saic acety ene transportation. as wel as the design,manuracture and imspection or such filling tubes are discussed.providing reference to industrial production.
