炼厂非常关注装置的噪声污染治理,在降噪的改造过程中,经常因为影响了原有管道的散热功能,而导致原有的生产效率降低,因此,温升的计算是制定改造方案的一个重要参考指标.在制定改造方案时,必须对温升较大的管道进行必要处理,如预留通风空腔等.通过迭代法计算改造前后管壁温差,为改造方案的合理化提供依据.

Abstract:

Great attention is paid to noise pollution control of devices in refineries, In the remolding process for noise reduction,the heat dissipa? tion function of the original pipeline is often affected ,resulting in reduction of the original production efficiency. Therefore,the calculation oi temperature rise is an important reference index for formulating the remolding scheme, When developing such a schemenecessary measures sucas reserving ventilation cavities must be taken on the tubes with large temperature rises. The iterative method is used to calculate the temperaure diffcrence of the tube wal before and after the remolding, which provides a basis for iustification of the remolding scheme.
