超长大型容器往往有垂直关系检测技术要求,工程上通常需要借助经纬仪、全站仪乃至三坐标测量仪等高级检测设备才能实现测量.介绍了一种超长大型容器垂直关系简易测量方法,不仅可以在筒节装配后实施方便、快捷的测量,同时可以在筒节装配过程中提供实时数据指导装配.

Abstract:

Ultra-long large containers often have requirements on vertical relationship detection technology, which usually entails such advanced detection equipment as theodolite,total station and even trilinear coordinate measuring instrument for measurement in engineering. This paper introduces a simple method for measuring vertical relation of ultra-long large containers,which can not only carry out fast and convenient meas urement after barrel assembly, but also provide rea-time data to guide assembly during barrel assembly.
