精馏塔作为直接影响化工产品合格率的设备,其各项参数的严格模拟及灵敏度分析一直是工艺设计的重要组成部分.以某石化加氢装置生产符合戊烷发泡剂质量要求的C5馏分油的实际案例为例,通过AspenPlus软件中RadFrca精馏塔严格计算模块优化C5精馏塔的各项参数,最终选择出经济高效的工艺方案.

Abstract:

Given thatdistillation column directly affectsthe qualification rateofchemicalproducts,strictsimulation and sensitivity analysisofits parameters are always an importantpartofprocess design．Taking the actualcase ofa petrochemicalhydrogenation unitproducing C5distillate thatmeets the quality requirementsofpentaneblowing agentasan example,theparametersofC5 distillation column areoptimized viathestrict calculation module of RadFrca distillation column in AspenPlus software, and an economical as well as efficient process scheme is finally selected.
