利用超临界水氧化工艺技术处理放射性有机、无机废液/油,作为核心设备的反应器,其操作工况极其苛刻,具有高温、高压、介质复杂、腐蚀性强等特点,所以对于设计的选材、结构、制造与检验要求,需要充分考虑,保证设备在运行过程中,满足实验及操作工况需要,使试验安全顺利完成,对以后扩大生产装置具有重大参考意义.

Abstract:

Supercriticalwateroxidation isadoptedto treatradioactiveorganicandinorganicwasteliquid/oil.Asthereactorofcoreequipment,its operating conditions are extremely harsh,featuring high temperature,high pressure, complex media, strong corrosion and other characteristics.   Therefore,adequate consideration needs to betaken in terms of materialselection, and structural, manufacturing &inspection requirements to ensure thatthe equipmentcan meetthe needs ofexperimentaland operating cases during operation.The safe and successful completion ofthe testis ofgreatreference value forthe expansion ofproduction unitin the future.
