葡萄在被加工成食品之后会产生大量葡萄籽,其通常被当成垃圾进行焚烧或填埋处理,或被当作农业肥料或动物饲料进入市场销售.葡萄籽中含有大量生物活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、降血脂、预防肿瘤和炎症、预防神经系统疾病、缓解辐射损伤等功效,在食品、医药、化妆品和保健品等领域得到广泛应用.回收并充分利用葡萄籽不仅能够有效避免在处理废弃物过程中所造成的环境污染和资源浪费,而且能够延伸葡萄籽产业链、提升葡萄籽附加值,创造良好的经济效益.介绍了葡萄籽含有的有效活性成分以及检测方法、药用功效、应用现状及其提取方法,对葡萄籽的综合利用提供参考.

Abstract:

Aftergrapes are processedinto food,alargenumberofgrapeseedsareleftoutand areusuallyincinerated asgarbageordisposed ofin landfills,ormarketed as agriculturalfertilizeroranimalfeed.Grapeseedscontain alargenumberofbioactiveingredients,whichhavetheeffects ofantiG oxidation,antiG aging,lowering bloodlipids,preventing tumorandinflammation,preventing nervous system diseases,alleviating radiation damage,etc.They are widely usedin food,medicine,cosmeticandhealth products.Recycling and makingfulluseofgrape seeds cannotonly efG  fectively avoid environmentalpollution and resource waste causedby the aboveGmentioned waste disposal,butalso extend thegrapeseedindusG  trialchain,enhance the added value ofgrape seeds,and create good economic benefits.The active ingredients containedin grape seeds,theirdeG  tection methods,medicinalefficacy,application statusand extraction methodsareintroducedin thispaper,whichprovidesreferenceforthecomG  prehensive utilization ofgrape seeds.
