介绍了现有400万t/a煤间接液化装置水系统设置情况,分析了煤间接液化水耗,找出了煤制油水耗的具体环节,结合实际工程经验,提出了煤间接液化工艺节水技术改进的措施,探讨了现代煤化工与石化,绿氢耦合低碳发展的途径。

Abstract: The paper introduces the configuration of the water system in an existing 4 million t/a Coal-to-Liquids plant. It analyzes its water consumption, identifies the water consumers and comes out with measures for better water-saving effects in the Coal-to-Liquids process based on actual engineering experience. The paper also explores into possible paths coupling green hydrogen and low-carbon development in the modern coal chemical industry and petrochemicals.
