摘要: 以某项目的热交换器为例，对热交换器注漏的原因进行了分析，根据设备的结构和现场检查情况，给出了合适的返修措施，提出了对类似设备设计制造的优化建议。

Abstract:  Taking the heat exchanger of a project as an example ,the paper goes into the causes of heat exchanger leakage, and puts forward appropriate rework measures based on the equipment structure and on-site inspection, and gives optimization advice for the design and manufacture of similar equipment.
