摘要: 概述了钢箱梁焊接成型的基本概念、焊接类型、技术特点等，详细分析了钢箱梁焊接成型中的主要缺陷形式，包括裂纹缺陷、折断缺陷、夹渣缺陷、气孔缺陷、咬边缺陷等。针对这些问题，从焊接类型选择、焊接工艺参数优化、焊接环境控制、焊接过程控制等层面提出了有效的控制策略，以此保障钢箱梁焊接成型质量。

Abstract: The paper summarizes the basic concept, welding types and technical features of steel box girder welding and forming, and looks into the main defects in steel box girder welding and forming in detail, including cracks, folding, slag entrapment, pores, biting, etc. In order to solve these problems, effective control measures are proposed in terms of welding type selection, welding process parameter optimization, welding environment control, welding process control, etc., so as to guarantee the quality of steel box girder welding and forming.
