摘要:
目前,国内化工企业的实验室通风主要以分散式定风量系统为主,在运行过程中,发现有实验人员受到有害气体伤害的案例。为减少有害气体对实验人员的伤害,部分大型实验室已开始选用集中的大型变风量通风系统。从实验室排风量的确定、送排风系统的划分、变风量阀的选择等方面,对实验室变风量系统的设计进行介绍。

Abstract: Distributed constant air volume system prevails in laboratory ventilation in most Chinese chemical enterprises now, but cases of lab working staff getting hurt from harmful gases during its operation have been found. In order to reduce the harm of harmful gases to lab personnel, centralized large-scale variable air volume ventilation system has been chosen for some large laboratories. The paper introduces the design of this laboratory variable air volume system from the aspects of laboratory exhaust air volume determination, the division of air supply and exhaust systems, and the selection of variable air volume valves.
