对BIM技术的现状进行描述，探讨了该技术在化工项目全过程管理的应用，从可行性研究、设计、施工、运营维护各阶段逐一进行分析，结果表明，该技术的应用有利于项目质量、进度、成本目标的实现。

Abstract:

In this paper , the present situation of BIM technology is described , and its application in the whole process management of chemical en- gineering projects is discussed , analyzing phase-wise from feasibility study , design , construction , to operation and maintenance. The results show that the application of BIM technology is conducive to the realization of project quality , progress and cost objectives.
