摘要:

针对氨合成废热锅炉泄漏的问题，分析了泄漏产生的原因以及泄漏后废热锅炉对生产系统造成的影响，采取了国产化改造措施。结果表明，经改造更换后，国产化废热锅炉运行状况良好，给企业创造了可观的经济效益。

Abstract:

In view of waste heat boiler leakage in ammonia synthesis process , the causes of leakage and the post-leakage influence of waste heat boiler on the production system are analyzed , and the measures of domestic remolding are taken. The results show that domestic waste heat boil- ers run well after remolding and replacement , creating considerable economic benefits for related enterprises.
