近年来,通过参与煤气化、多晶硅、有机硅等多个项目的换热器布置与配管,了解到不同形式的布置与配管方案。重点从换热器分类、布置、管道布置、支吊架设计、固定端设计等5个方面介绍了在满足行业设计规范的前提下较优的布置与配管方案,分析了不同方案的优点和缺点,结合实际工程经验加以总结对比,提出了比较经典的工程设计理念,希望能够帮助更多的设计工作者设计出安全工程、环保工程、精品工程,减少不必要的设计变更和重复工作。
