针对压滤泵磨损、皮带运行故障、滤布破裂等设备常出现的问题，通过对压滤机运行情况进行分析研究，总结其日常操作经验，并制定出相应的处理措施，结果表明，该技改不仅解决了上述设备问题，还解决了灰浆在五环炉澄清处理系统中难分离的问题，为两套五环炉装置长周期、稳定运行奠定了基础。

Abstract:
Given some common problems of filter press such as filter pump wear , belt operation failure , and filter cloth erosion , its daily operation eXperience is summarized through analysis and study of its operation , and the corresponding treatment measures are formulated. The results show that the technical reform not only solves the above equipment problems , but also solves the problem of mortar separation difficulty in Wu- huanGasifier clarification system , laying a solid foundation for the long-termstable operation of the two sets of WuhuanGasifiers , which have already shown obvious effects of stable operation.
